Camp Horizons Girls Swimming

Kindergarten-1st Grade Program

This innovative program combines the traditional camping experience, weeks 1, 2, 3, and 4, with the opportunity to sample activities that are not typically offered to 5- and 6-year olds, weeks 5, 6, and 7. All K-1 campers will be accompanied by K-1 staff during their choice activities. All campers benefit from our devoted staff and small staff/camper ratio. Our program is packed with a mix of sports, arts, music, instructional and recreational swim, daily special events, and many other activities.

2nd-9th Grade Program

With over 100 activities offered in a seven-period day, your child will create an individualized schedule every two weeks. Campers may choose from a variety of Sports, Arts, and just about anything else. Watch what this does for your child's self-esteem, decision making abilities, and independence! From a variety of sports to art and theatre programs and everything in between, your child will nvere get bored. We also offer a CIT program for our ninth grade campers.

Every week, Camp Horizons brings in exciting, age-appropriate, professional shows to enhance our unique, daily activities. From professional musicians, jugglers, dancers athletes and other unique entertainers, there's always something incredible going on each week that keeps our campers excited. Week 8 Travel Camp

Week 8 is a travel week for all grade groups. Campers go to exciting age-appropriate places in the area. Previous trips were:

  • Grades K-4 – Velocity 17, Kidnetic, Monster Mini-Golf, Crayola Factory, and Turtleback Zoo.
  • Grades 5-9 – Tomahawk Lake, Velocity 17, Rock Gym, Monster Mini-Golf, Mountain Creek Water Park, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not in NYC.
